The book aims to facilitate discussions on 18 crucial topics, including recent macroeconomic challenges, governance practices, the middle-income trap, women's empowerment, rural development, post COVID-19 impact on economy, 8th 5-year plan, financial Inclusion, achievements and challenges of Upper Middle-Income Country status of Bangladesh by 2031 and SDGs targets, the reality of Mega Projects, ensuring quality in higher education, climate change shocks and mitigations policies etc; and more, in providing pragmatic suggestions to policymakers, development practitioners, and decision-makers.
